Research

Our mission is to fill the gap in LGSOC research funding and drive advancements that will lead to better diagnostic tools, novel therapies, and ultimately, a cure for LGSOC.

We recognize the critical need for dedicated research into LGSOC.

What we have funded

Because STAAR’s mission centers on accelerating life-saving research for low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC), we are proud to have raised and funded nearly $1 million in research support. These vital dollars have been directed to leading institutions across the country, advancing innovative studies, expanding clinical insights, and pushing the field closer to better treatments and improved outcomes for women facing this rare cancer.
