STEP UP AMERICAThe Month of September
Step Up America for Ovarian Cancer is our annual campaign during September - Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Throughout the month, we aim to support individuals in creating their own events to fundraise for research as well as spread awareness about the symptoms of Low-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer (LGSOC). We welcome events as large as a city-wide 5k and as small as a group of friends getting together for coffee. |
VOICES OF LGSOCOctober 13, 2023
STAAR hosted a live and interactive virtual meeting to give the LGSOC community an opportunity to tell our stories to the FDA . The majority of the meeting was dedicated to hearing from patients and caregivers about their perspectives on their condition. Participants shared their perspectives during two panels followed by open discussion. If you missed the meeting, watch the recorded session and hear from other patients or read the Voices of the LGSOC Patient paper that presents the meeting findings. |
